Looks good enough to eat. Our early spring farm share greens were dandelions. It makes me look differently at dandelions and think, yum.

Island and North Country Life 
We figured we had to get them before they bloomed. They got bitter.
We actually planted seeds in the garden one year. Crop was a total failure. Nada,
But we did make dandelion wine for several years from the blossoms in our yard from Euell Gibbons.
